The online survey was conducted November 21, 2023, through December 8, 2023, with almost 60% of respondents being United States panel trustees and the remaining 40% primarily consisting of trustee assistants.
Highlights of the survey included outstanding satisfaction rates with the software, support team, and banking partners. Specifically, 100% of customer respondents are satisfied with TrusteeSolutions and of those, 98% are Very or Extremely Satisfied. As for satisfaction with Customer Support, 100% of respondents are satisfied and of those, 99% are Very or Extremely Satisfied with the Customer Support Team. In terms of banking partner satisfaction, 99% are satisfied with their banking partner relationships.
One respondent shared, “TES continually strives to have the best trustee services and software, making my job so much easier and less time-consuming because of constant improvements, attention to our needs, and often performing tasks for us that saves us so much valuable time as we administer our cases.” Top three favorite features for better case management were ranked as ease of use, responsive and helpful support, and “all the bells and whistles.”
As for customer advocacy, 100% of survey participants confirmed they either already do or would recommend TrusteeSolutions to another trustee interested in switching providers.
