    Bankruptcy Filings Highest Since 2006 

    According to the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts bankruptcy filings are the highest they have been since 2006.

    Bankruptcy filings for the 12-month period ending March 31, 2010, rose 27 percent when compared to bankruptcy filings for the 12-month period ending March 31, 2009.
